Geddy Court Remodel and Staging - Fremont, CA
When I met with the homeowners, they were aware that they would not be able to sell their property for the price they wanted in its current condition. Their recent college graduate son and his two friends were living in the house alone and basically turned it into a frat house of sorts - complete with a rock climbing wall in the living room. The house was built in the late 80s and those characteristics were reflected throughout the house. To garner the $1.5M askng price, we needed to do an extreme makeover. After the 6 weeks it took to get the boys out of the house, we spent 5 weeks renovating this property from top to bottom, inside and out. It SOLD within the first week and closed in less than one month for $1,501,000. The new owners basically got a brand new house…SCORE! for all parties involved.
