This consultation includes paint color recommendations and resources to home vendors as needed. Alice will also teach you how to live in a staged home as the staged home lifestyle is going to be different from your every day lifestyle. Fees for consultations depend on the size of the property and are paid for in advance of the consultation by credit card or by check or cash at the time of the consultation. “Virtual” Home Staging Consultations - this was created for folks who have properties for sale outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. To begin the process, Alice will provide you with the Home Selling Success Formula Pre-Sale Property Review form which is a comprehensive checklist so that you can perform a self-guided assessment of your property. From there, you will have the opportunity to consult with Alice by phone for 60 minutes to discuss specifics about your property. You are encouraged to email photos of your property to Alice for critique and advice. By phone, Alice will outline all of her recommendations which will include what should be moved, removed, repaired, upgraded and added. This consultation includes paint color recommendations and resources to home vendors as needed. Alice will also teach you how to live in a staged home as the staged home lifestyle is going to be different from your every day lifestyle.
