Most people are only familiar with a General Contractor, aka GC, but the GC is really just the manager of all the trades. In this video, I tell you about all the other players involved, what their role is and when you may need to hire them. These team members include:
electrician
plumber
drywall installer
tape and texture
plaster specialist
roofing specialist
carpenter / handyman
tile installer
HVAC
flooring specialist (tile, wood, carpet, vinyl)
Architect or Drafter
Structural Engineer
