The countdown continues to the first day of Spring 2018. If you missed any of the previous day challenges, you can catch up on Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3In today's video, we are going to take a few minutes to declutter our mobile phones! None of us can imagine life without our new sidekicks...our iPhones or similar type smart phones, but this sidekick can also be a major source of overwhelm and distraction. It's important that we take some time to eliminate the unnecessary visual clutter that bombards us every time we look at the screen.
Tip #1: Delete any apps that are not being use
Tip #2: Turn off MOST of your notifications
Tip #3: Delete videos, music and move photos off the phone and onto an external hard drive. This will also save you from the heartache of potentially losing all those precious photos.
