Out:
* Super low builder-grade vanities
* Shower enclosures that stop short of the ceiling
* Sheet mirrors and vanity light fixtures
* Stationary shower heads
* Traditional toilets that show the plumbing outline
* Piano bench countertops that go over the toilet

In:
* Floating vanities hung at a finished height of 34-36”H
* Tile from tub deck to ceiling or floor to ceiling
* LED mirrors in different shapes and sizes and medicine cabinets with built-in LED mirrors
* Shower system with shower head and handheld
* Concealed trapway or Skirted toilets
* Countertops over vanity cabinet only
